Last updated: 24 April 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using novalink.com.sg or engaging NovaLink Advisory Pte Ltd for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Our Services

NovaLink Advisory provides corporate advisory services across Southeast Asia, including tax and accounting, corporate secretarial work, work pass and immigration support, trust and estate planning, legal services, and brand rebuilding. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are set out in a separate engagement letter.

Engagement and Fees

Formal engagement begins only after we issue, and you accept in writing, an engagement letter. Fees are stated in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise agreed and are payable per the schedule in your engagement letter. Late payments may incur interest at prevailing commercial rates.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to deliver the services. You are responsible for the accuracy of records, financial statements, and statutory filings prepared based on information you supply, and for all decisions made on the basis of our advice.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it without your consent, except where required by law, regulatory authority, or court order. You similarly agree to keep confidential any proprietary methods, templates, or materials we share with you.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, articles, and case studies — is owned by NovaLink Advisory or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Republication, redistribution, or commercial use requires our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Singapore, or by arbitration in Singapore under SIAC rules where the parties so agree in writing.
